BabyPhotoShot is an AI-powered photo enhancement service that transforms your baby photos into professional-quality images. Our Service includes:

- High-resolution image downloads

3. User Accounts
To use our Service, you must create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Photo Content and Ownership
Your Photos: You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process and enhance them solely for providing our Service to you.
AI-Generated Content: The enhanced photos generated by our AI are derivative works based on your original photos. You own the rights to these enhanced images for personal and commercial use.
No Training: We do not use your photos to train our AI models. Your images are processed and stored only for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of individuals without their consent (or parental consent for minors)
- Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
6. Credits and Payments
Credit System: Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are used for uploading photos, generating styles, and downloading high-resolution images.
Purchases: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Credits do not expire but may be subject to reasonable usage limits.
Free Tier: Free accounts receive limited credits for trial purposes. Free tier features may be modified at any time.
7. Data Storage and Retention
Uploaded photos and generated images are stored for 30 days after creation. After this period, they may be automatically deleted. We recommend downloading your enhanced photos promptly.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated results will meet your expectations in every case
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyPhotoShot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
